Crisis in Six Scenes is a comedy that takes place in the 1960’s during turbulent times in the United States and a middle class suburban family is visited by a guest who turns their household completely upside down.

This is an upcoming American television series written and directed by Woody Allen for Amazon Studios, to air in 2016. Allen will write and direct episodes for the half-hour series, marking the first time he has done so for television. It will be available exclusively on Amazon Video in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. Amazon has ordered a full season.

Allen confirmed in May 2016 that the editing of the series was finished, and said this will be the only season of the series. The series will premiere on September 30, 2016.
