Mile 22  – In a visceral modern thriller from the director of Lone Survivor, Mark Wahlberg stars as James Silva, an operative of the CIA’s most highly-prized and least understood unit. Aided by a top-secret tactical command team, Silva must retrieve and transport an asset who holds life-threatening information to Mile 22 for extraction before the enemy closes in.

This is an upcoming 2018 American action thriller film directed by Peter Berg and written by by Lea Carpenter, from a story by Carpenter and Graham Roland. The film stars Mark Wahlberg, John Malkovich, Lauren Cohan, Iko Uwais, and Ronda Rousey, and follows an elite CIA task force that has to escort a high-priority asset 22 miles to an extraction point while being hunted by terrorists. The film is scheduled to be released in the United States on August 17, 2018.
