Robin Hood – A war-hardened Crusader and his Moorish commander mount an audacious revolt against the corrupt English crown in a thrilling action-adventure packed with gritty battlefield exploits, mind-blowing fight choreography, and a  timeless romance.

This is an upcoming American action–adventure film directed by Otto Bathurst. Written by Ben Chandler and David James Kelly, from a story by Chandler and based on the tale of Robin Hood. The film stars Taron Egerton, Jamie Foxx, Ben Mendelsohn, Eve Hewson, Tim Minchin and Jamie Dornan. It will be released by Lionsgate’s Summit Entertainment on November 21, 2018.

Filming began on February 20, 2017 at different locations in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and in Le Raincy, France, but was mostly shot in Budapest, Hungary. Filming concluded on May 19th.

Robin Hood is scheduled to be released in all IMAX theatres by Lionsgate’s Summit Entertainment on November 21, 2018. It was previously set for March 23, 2018 and September 21, 2018.
